So I got a shipping number but when i check it says "A status update is not yet available on your Priority Mail® package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon." Does that mean the seller has not mailed the item yet?

It just means he printed a label and the post office doesnt have it yet, or they do and it hasnt been scanned yet.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's not uncommon to have the tracking show nothing for a while. I had an order last week that showed that for days. Then it was delivered on time still with the tracking show a similar message to yours. To me that says the seller has processed the order and I would just wait.
It could be the seller hasn't shipped I guess also. When the seller prints the shipping label ebay sends the buyer that message with the tracking number. So sometimes a seller gets an order after their daily mail pickup but prepares it for the next days mail pickup. This would leave the buyer seeing the message you got for an entire day.
Just make note of estimated delivery day. thats what really matters.

That just tells you a label has been created or the item has been mailed and is waiting to be sorted and scanned. It can take several hours at times for tracking scans to appear on the USPS/ebay system. I bet when you check tomorrow you will see tracking info. Many times I print a label late at night and mail the following day.

Did your tracking ever update? Did you ever get your package? I purchased something and my tracking is showing that and has been sitting like that for near 1 month now. Surely it doesnt take a month to scan it and sort. 😕 Coming up on my expected delivery date in like a week.

International can sometiomes do that. I usually get items in about 10-15 business days from overseas. Recently I had one show no status at all for almost 30 days, then suddenly show up once it was accepted at ISC Chicago. It still arrived winthin the estimated window.

It just mean's Label as been created and USPS is waiting to get it only! However if the USPS has it and never had a acceptance scan at the P.O. or done at the hub for priority mail package with in 2 to 3 days, Then something happened to it : 1. it was never handed over ,Or 2. it got lost in the mail stream . USPS has never been great on scans for parcel select ,media mail or first class mail tracking over the years , when the DC office made the requirement for scans on all packages about 6 years ago . As buyer I had to deal with a package shipped to me that got lost by USPS . the seller I bought from does local pickup with USPS ,well mine was 1 of 6 packages picked up by the mail person and some how got lost . seller said the others got delivered from he told me . I did get refunded .

My status has been saying label created, not yet in system for 11 days it gets worse the seller that I been ordering from decides she don’t wanna respond now that has never happen in over 2 years since I been ordering from her this is terrible and evil I think for over 2 years she has always gave me updates and responded to my questions.Well that last I heard from her like 4 days ago she said it will update and that’s the last I heard.I usually contact her on Facebook messenger she’s just ignoring me.Now that’s strange to because she hasn’t blocked me which is a good thing cause I figured if she did that then I really need to be concerned.Any suggestions here.

If you don't wish to wait longer for your item and the estimated delivery date has passed, then you can open an item not received case. The money back guarantee will cover you.

I know it takes 10-15 days and you’re not helping. Its coming from China or India international and the tracking starts with a EM THEN NUMBERS AND ENDS WITH IN.I need someone that has experienced this before with tracking saying label created, not yet in the system and like I said before this my first experiencing this. Now I have experienced getting and receiving packages and it wouldn’t update till I got the package. It updated a little but it stopped after a certain point and all of sudden I received it.

Rather than tell me I'm not helping, maybe you should have explained in your first post that you were only concerned about the tracking number and only want people to respond that have experienced a tracking number like this.
I read you were concerned about not hearing from your seller and wanted suggestions. So I suggested you could get your money back if it never arrives. Unfortunately when we offer help we can only go by what is written at the time.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!
This is how Chinese sellers get you to buy their item by saying it is at a US warehouse! When you order your goods, they open a request with USPS but never fulfill it!!! It doesn't mean you won't get your item, it just means that it will really be coming from China and not the US. I only recenlty figured this out after doing a little research as I have 4 items that have been waiting for a USPS label for over 2 weeks now! I blame Ebay for not monitoring or cracking down on this what is essentially fraud! I can't wait for Amazon to step it up and take over Ebay. Then they wonder why they are losing market share.

It mean the label has been printed and either the postal service has now got around to scanning the item yet or.....the seller did not send it.
This happened to me, Sticker Karma from Tampa, Florida, printed the label realised the shipping cost to Australia was high so decided to just not send it to me, and still took my money.
