How to generate and print a USPS SCAN sheet?

Would some one kindly explain in easy to follow directions how to generate a USPS Scan sheet for daily shipments.

Without using the bulk shipping option, please.

Numerous attempts to find directions or any info on printing USPS scan sheets through eBay help returned absolutely no results for me.

Can a seller with 4 sold items to ship create shipping labels individually then print a USPS scan sheet?

Many complaints from sellers here about post offices not scanning packages and late shipment dings.

Local post master told me Monday that scan sheets for shipment larger than 4 items per day may be required in the near future due to the continual increase in package processing.  Too much employee time spent scanning and too many complaints from shippers about lack thereof.

Note to: trinton@ebay

Would ebay consider adding an easy way to produce a scan sheet (without launching bulk shipping) under the Paid & Shipped section in Seller Hub by allowing sellers to put a check mark next to the items a shipping label has already been created for,  then clicking a link that would automatically produce the scan sheet for those items?

Thanks for any and all help!

A Scan sheet on eBay is only available when you do Bulk Shipping.

Stamps.com lets you print a cumulative one

USPS.com lets you print a cumutalive one

Thanks for the reply.

ebay needs to develop an additional means of printing scan sheets besides through bulk shipping.

My local post master said that with the huge increase in online sales shipments, especially during the recent holiday sales period,  scan sheets will probably be required in the near future for all package pick ups of 4 or more items with online generated shipping labels.

Hi @b86fiero, I'm going to get this passed along to our developers for possible enhancements. I've done some research on additional ways that scan sheets are obtainable within ecommerce and will include these as examples. Thanks for suggesting this!

How to generate and print a USPS SCAN sheet?

The ability to both process and ship orders immediately throughout the day (thus ensuring a buyer's tracking information is uploaded and made available as soon as possible) and then adding an entire's day's shipment to one SCAN sheet to provide to my local post office would be a great benefit to not only my ability to ship in a consistent manner (with an emphasis on timely tracking scans) but to all sellers and customers of the post office of which eBay members constitute a significant portion.

Add me to the list of people who want to see cumulative SCAN sheets made available via eBay.

I agree. My regular postal clerk is cool about scanning any amount of packages right in front of me...we both Mets fans...

But a subsitute girl a while ago mentioned to use a scan sheet. But when I tried to figure out how to print one I could not for the life of me figure out how.

I don't think desk clerks are even aware that not everyone is able to print these elusive scan sheets, but I'm worried that they may become necessary some time in the future.

How to generate and print a USPS SCAN sheet?

I printed 6 labels this morning using the bulk shipping tool in Ebay.  I then proceeded to print the scan sheet and it said you should wait until the end of the day when you are all done shipping your items and then print your scan sheet.  Well, it is the end of the day and I have not had any more sales and need to print the scan sheet now but I cannot find where to do so.  Anty ideas on where I would fine it?  TIA

No way to find it because it doesn't exist. I REALLY WISH IT DID!

The only way to get a single SCAN sheet is to ship all of your packages, for the day, in a single batch and print it out at the same time.

If you ship multiple times a day, like I do, you will need to do this every time so you will end up with several SCAN sheets. I don't see how this is different than scanning each package.

I've never tried on PayPal to see if they have any better solution.

How to generate and print a USPS SCAN sheet?

Wow it's really unbelievable you can't do this!    I just lost my Auctane Account due to Ebay open apps closing down, and started printing labels one at time directly from Ebay, when I get done,  there is no way to print a "cumulative" scan sheet for the USPS...  The post office is like "hey, where are your scan sheets?" and I tell them I can't do it.  Seriously ebay?  paypal?  are you guys that far out of it?  I'm not paying $30 a month for shipstation just so I can print scan sheets.  Get your act together ebay!

How to generate and print a USPS SCAN sheet?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out where you can generate a master bar code / scan sheet for all of the packages in the bulk shipping tool. I'm having trouble finding this option or finding appropriate results on Google. Any suggestions to point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

I see that ebay changed the way to upload a photo, so I hope the file I selected is correct.
