Item descriptions not showing up in app for many people's items

There's no description available whatsoever for items even though they're available on the website.

The description part just doesn't appear anywhere to click on to read the description.

Only one item I've viewed so far out of 25 or so from all different sellers has had a description.

The eBay app seems to be affected by the issue, as well as mobile browsers in mobile mode.

Try using a desktop browser or a mobile browser in classic mode or desktop mode.

Same here, app issue only, no issue with safari.  Just to keep a tally going.  Ebay, are you paying attention?

Same issue with app and safari on iOS. No description for anything. Not even a way to see a blank description. Just not there at all.

You’re correct I was able to view a normal page if I requested desktop website on safari. But that’s a pain to view on this little screen! 😂

I don’t see item descriptions anymore on my iPhone. At first it was just a couple of listings, now it’s every listing I’ve clicked on including my own. Many sellers have rules in their item descriptions such as no ship to certain countries and combine or no combine shipping. Not to mention as a trading card collector item condition in the description is vital. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Same issue and it is FRUSTRATING. When I go to "revise listing" the original description still exists in its entirety, available for editing. I resubmit and still nothing on the item's page.  No sales the past two days which has NEVER happened...

Only noticed when a potential buyer sent a question about something I ALWAYS include in my listings' descriptions (measurements of a shirt).  Obviously a glitch on eBay's end...

It is kind of absurd that that they haven’t fixed it yet. Hello, eBay! It has been some hours now  since this was first reported, care to show some urgency in getting it fixed or at least give a status update?

Sellers are going to lose so many sales over this.
