Account Restriction

My account was restricted but I got it lifted, and eBay has even sent me an email confirmation saying that I can now post and sell, but when I try to post it still says my account is limited.

New sellers have a limit on the amount of items they can list.

That includes how many items and the price of the items.

Is what you're trying to list within your listing limits?

No it's saying that my account is restricted until they can verify some information on my account, and to check my messages. I have already checked my messages, and verified everything on my account. Nothing seems so be working. Please help!
