Lately, there have been numerous posts from UK buyers and sellers on the .com boards (more than usual).
They are following links to "Ask the Community" from the help pages when logged into co.uk ... And ending up here.
I think that you and your UK counterpart need to look into this.
Although the sites are close enough to be cousins, they are not twins .... .com responders, for the most part, are going to give answers and suggestions based on .com rules (and shipping, etc), not .co.uk rules, which may result in bad information being passed along. (And not a small bit of confusion)

That's how I ended up here years ago, but I liked it so much I decided to stick around.
I have noticed more ebay members from the UK are posting on ebay.com now though.
Something needs fixing.

We could just keep posting links there are plenty
Here is one from the Sellers hub board.

This is becoming more and more frequent, especially on M2M.
co.uk users are being routed to .com help links to Ask the Community... and getting upset when responders can't help 😞
Somewhere along the line, when in the OCS menu on .co.uk, there is a redirect to the .com community ... and it needs to be fixed.

Is anything being done to solve this? This is an ongoing problem.
Here is another eBay UK member who is confused.

Still happening two months later. Maybe it's time to follow up with the Help team again. It's not just in Member-to-Member.

I'm wondering if you read those links we gave you?
From the link I gave you the OP says:
"The point I was trying to make is ---- (1) - My Favourites short-cut is to UK., (2) The order is placed on the UK site., (3) The acknowledgement is from the UK site., (4) The despatch notification is from the UK site BUT the button link on the notification email then takes me to a US$ priced page ---- WHY ????????"
IF Ebay send a notification directing the customer to that customers own transactions --- but that direction turns out to provide an incorrect currency -- WHY then should it be necessary for the customer to log-out or redirect to another site ??????
This is a very inconvenient problem and we get questions like this every day.

@penguins_dont_fly
Are you seeing any improvement on the amount of posts?
I still see a large amount.
Here is one of the latest from the selling board but they are all over knowledge based and other boards as well.
This post said it was directed here to .com

I have not seen any improvement at all 😞
There have been plenty of M2M posts from UK members that followed the Help & Contct from ebay.co.uk while logged in and ended up here on .com
I really don't understand the random redirects to .com
(some other randomness … I was searching for a policy page on Google this morning … and ended up on the eBay.ie (Ireland) help pages LOL … but that's Google, not internal)

Hi doug … a few months later and we are still getting posts from UK members … this OP specifically states that he got here through the Help menu on .co.uk
