From time to time I get the subject line as one of my bell notifications. But when I go to the thread it refers to, I find that someone else's post was marked as the solution. This has happened to me twice in the last two days and several times in the days before.
If I recall correctly, the correct bell notification used to say some thing like "A solution was accepted."
