Updates to Private Messages interface

Terrible design. 

The messages are in a short box with a scroll bar.   Only a small section of a long post is visible.  There's no reason for the short height other than bad design.

You scroll down, then you hit "Expand...." then you scroll some more.    One or the other people!  If you have a scroll bar you don't need the "Expand...." click.  Again, poor design.

With the message picker side by side with the message view it's TOO WIDE.  People are already complaining in other threads about this.  If they zoom out to see both the text is too small, when they zoom in to see the text then the have to scroll the screen left to right.  Again, Again, Again, Poor design.

Now today it took me 6 times to get in the last time (I keep getting signed out) AND I can't see any videos?

There are a couple of music games I can't see any videos either-I'm just seeing blank spaces?

I did just have to reset my laptop back 3 days so I don't know if that is behind it?

But if so why can I go to youtube directly and watch videos with no problems? 

And my messages aren't working either.  Site is getting worse by the day.  🙁

Okay messages now working, was able to log in on 2nd try BUT I still cannot see any of the videos anywhere on the board. Just blank spaces where the videos were that I could view yesterday no problem.

However if I go over to youtube I can view the videos no problem at all? Alot of people can  see them but there are some that can't so idk what this glitch is but hope it's fixed soon.  Thanks.  (Preview still broke too.)   🙁

I can't say that I'm overly happy with the change to PMs in the community.  I'll get use to them, but the old way worked well for me this one is a bit odd to me.

The envelop icon does not go to black after I review an email unless I respond to the email, which of course is not always necessary.

So I have to click into the response section and then come out of the PM area, then the envelope will turn back to black, but not before.  I have to come out of PMs for it to do that.  For me when it continues to be red when I'm in PMs, I'm looking for an email I missed.

@windhaze preview is being looking into by Khoros. Something odd is going on with it for sure. 

I'll keep trying to replicate the video issue you mentioned, but so far I haven't run across it. I'll keep trying.

The work around I posted in yesterday's chat? It wasn't my idea, I read about it here tried it and it worked.

Can't find who originally posted it but it was a big help for sure:)
