Time Zone Change

I am just realizing now that I can change the time zone under My Subscriptions, My Settings, Preferences.  This changes the time in The eBay Community area.  Looks like it is still in Pacific Time on the ebay summary screen in the regular ebay section though.  Is it a good idea to change them here or will I just confuse myself having run on ebay time for so long?  Your thoughts. 

Also, why can't I make the Subject area bold like all the other ones?  Are my questions less important or am I just doing it wrong?

Hi @wpt05, your posts are just as important as everyone else's! So when you go to a board, unread posts will show as bold. When you've looked at them, they show as unbolded. A nice feature!

Thank you.  Makes alot more sense now.  

I decided to change my time zone here.  Hopefully I will remember that they are different in the main area.  If I lived on the west coast, I wouldn't have this problem.

When I'm bidding on an item, I look to see how much time is left on the clock before it closes. I set a timer on my smartphone to remind me to access that item 5 min before time is up so I can increase my bid if I want. Then I don't have to wonder what time zone anyone is in that is selling. If it is days, I can calculate that to put a reminder on my phone's calendar to go in and review the status on the item I'm bidding on. My smartphone is a great little secretary.
