Board Change ? Knowledge Base Now Has Borders Around Posts Some Words Overlap

Ok is this me or is it new ?
I never remember borders around the questions & answers & now on some posts the options button is crushed in with the title

Thanks @labs118, we've reverted the change. We're looking into new options for the Q&A and those went live from testing without being ready for primetime.
