And it appears that the "replies & helpfuls" history was not lost during this downtime time.🤗
Mine came back a couple hours ago and the history does appear to be there, however there is no way to tell if it is all there for sure. But with that said the bell has never been very accurate for me over the passed year since I've had to use it because they can't seem to fix or they don't intend to fix the email notifications.

At this point I don't think they have any intention of doing that. We are almost a year out from when this issue happened and it still isn't fixed. I think they are just telling us they are working on it but have no intention of fixing it and just won't say so.
