I've looked all over for some notice about the problems........never could find one (except Shelia's post that rapidly was buried)...... Finally found it when I clicked on help...... I have concierge service so don't know how it appears elsewhere........but from this greatly size reduced screen shot.......perhaps one can see the problem.....
I see the normal "let us call you" notice.........then far below it that I would have to scroll way down for.......there is a notice. I would NEVER see that.......because I have no experience or expectation such a notice would be there..........The placement is obviously terrible and needs to be fixed.
Apparently, the system notices have been eliminated from where we used to see them (under announcements) and this was either a "quickie" for the present problem or the "new" place.........who knows?
