Thank you for helping us catch those bugs! While we did work hard to make sure we caught any issues before we released the new changes to the Community, there might be some issues that we didn’t catch. If you find any issues, please post them only here. The Community team will be actively monitoring this post and we’ll work as fast as we can to get them resolved. No need to @ mention us, if you post here.
Be sure to include links to the pages, screenshots, which browser you’re using and other relevant information you can share.
Update as of 03/05: Thanks for your feedback! I'll be tracking updates here.

@hurryagain wrote:There are TONS of sellers (and some buyers) screaming about this on the boards right now. I had one auction end today that had a bid on it and it did indeed go into my unsold listings with the bid on it. When I clicked onto the listing, I was unable to invoice the buyer either.
I dropped my buyer an email letting him know of the glitch and that hopefully eBay would have this solved by tomorrow...
...tomorrow...I might be asking for too much...🙄
@hurryagain When dealing with eBay glitches you can NEVER use the word "fix" and "tomorrow" in the same sentence ... or paragraph ... or page ... or chapter ... or novel ... get the picture?
With that happening on so many accounts I wonder if eBay is making some goofy decision on the future of Auction listings ...
...OMG...😶
From people more knowledgeable than myself (i.e., they're big time with a concierge, etc.), it's an indexing problem resulting from the shorter month, and listings should repopulate properly within 24 hours. I'm FP only and my GTC relists from today are starting to appear now.

Yep.
And that's why eBay included a photo of Bob taking notes, in the header located at the top of each community forum.
Its a subliminal message meant to foreshadow the future of the eBay community.
This ^^ What is with this business of having clip art of people we don't even know all over the place? It doesn't really humanise it for me - I have no idea who these people are or why they are there. I used to be a data miner and read hundreds of websites, and after a while you'd see the same danged clip art people showing up site after site.

@chapeau-noir I heard it’s Bob. 🤣

This just proves the old adage: If you work on something long enough, to improve it, it will break (or in this case, just plain suck).

Ebay, screwing up what was once a good website one glitch and policy at a time since 2008.
Ebays motto "If it ain't broke, just wait until we get our hands on it".

IMO eBay is attempting to make it appear to sellers here on the boards, that almost other sellers are sophisticated.
Notice that in the photo above "Bob the eBay seller" is using a very thin laptop,
and not some outdated large cumbersome desktop PC, which in eBay's eyes is a relic of the past.
And in the photo below "Jane the eBay seller" is using a mobile phone, and not some outdated large cumbersome desktop PC, which in eBay's eyes is a relic of the past.

Well...I DO use a laptop and it is not helping me when the site is going bonkers...
...I don't think my phone is going to help either...

Also, his writing is all crossed up - if he really IS writing, it's a very awkward way of doing it for a right-handed person - stretching his arm across the keyboard? But he isn't, he's just posing with the pen stuck straight up into one hand. That's what I hate about clip-art - it's so fakey posed and then people buy the stuff and smear it all over their pages, though I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't seen reams of the stuff when I data mined.

You were right. My auction listing magically appeared in my sold section...right at about midnight...like clockwork as you said it would. 🙂
I hope that all of the other selling issues resolved themselves too.

...okay...new glitch...
I am not the only one experiencing this.
Today is a good day to call in sick alright...LOL!!!

If eBay doesn't change things back to sorting posts by, "Last post first" as opposed to sorting by, "Last thread first-" their boards will die... and they don't want that to happen. There's lot's of seasoned eBayers who are willing to volunteer their time to help others- and this new format pretty much kills the flow of communication.
Who knows- maybe that's the idea. LOL- betting that eBay's paid, "Customer Representatives" are seeing an increase in calls. The calls that they wouldn't be receiving if the caller could get an answer to their questions via unpaid volunteers.

@go-bad-chicken "Bob the eBay Seller" posed for that pic, WHAT right handed person would be taking notes or writing on the LEFT side of their laptop? VERY CUMBERSOME AND INEFFICIENT. The woman on her smart phone is actually blocking pedestrian traffic in a public area, but of course she doesn't care what's going on around her or who she is inconveniencing, she's just all about herself and her phone.

Great takeaway!!! One more for you. That this so called 'improvement' with this singular discussion(probably a bunch more but I'm still working out on how to find them) has generated 300 posts in less than a week. Cause for concern at eBay? Probably not!!

Hi Sheila, and thank you. I cannot tell if you posted an answer yet since the order of posts is impossible for me to follow. Thanks if you already did, or thanks in advance if you are going to. I wanted to make sure to thank you since I have no idea if I will find your reply.
