I encounter this issue a lot- not every time I try to log out- but frequently enough that I'm reporting it.
I saw the post asking us to "inspect" the error, but it's not one of those Khoros error banners- it's a 404 error- so I don't think the process would still apply. This may even be an eBay error, not a Khoros error. If I go to the eBay home page I can log out- it's just the Community area logout that gives this error. Here's a screenshot-
I see that error from time to time too, though I haven't put a ticket in yet. I guess now is a good time to do so. 😃
We have single sign on Community and that error might be connected to that. Single sign on is where you use the same login for the marketplace and Community.
I'll do some digging and see what I come up with. Thanks!
