1. Do maintenance at times when users aren't likely to be on, say after 2AM PCT
2. Have a warning that maintenance is proceeding and things may not work as planned.
@no_zero369 I'm sorry that you were having issue uploading images, are you still experiencing issues?
Our maintenance window is normally early in the morning but only during the week. It looks like you were having issues last Saturday? If this happens again, can you post screenshots and give as many details as possible.
Certain maintenances require a restart of the server in order for the changes to go through. Otherwise the Community experience shouldn't be disrupted in any way. You're right, we should give a heads up on when maintenance time windows are. I'll look into this and will try to implement some kind of messaging soon.
