@mapiec_29- You have to add it through the main eBay site, not through the Community page.
Go to your profile page- ebay.com/USR/mapiec_29
You'll see a button that says Edit Profile. Click on that.
Then you'll see a little pencil in the corner of the box where your avatar goes. Click on that.
Upload your image. Then click Done Editing.
Log out of eBay and the Community- then log back in. You should see your avatar.
