Is there a way to block a user in the community? That’s all I’m gonna say, I just need to know. Thank you!

No, unfortunately there isn't. You could try just avoiding the boards that member frequents, or, if you can see that s/he's posted in a particular thread, you could try avoiding that thread. (If his/her name shows up as the last poster, or if you check that member's profile to see the threads where s/he has posted. Also try just backing out of threads if you spot a post by that member.) Never respond to baiting posts by another member--just walk away. It may not seem fair, but that's these are good tactics to avoid conflict. Usually, a difficult member gets tired of picking on you and moves to another target.

You can always use the report function if you think a member has violated a particular community rule.

We've all had particular posters we'd like to avoid, and my suggestions are borne from that same situation. Just hang in there and do the best you can to avoid that poster.

As an addition to the good advice that pburn has already provided, I'd like to add that you can opt to "ignore" another member by clicking on the blue "Ignore" button located at the top of the right-side column on the their profile page (between "Follow Me" and "Message Me"). This will prevent them from sending you private messages on the community. Additionally, if you feel like another member is tracking your online presence, you can go to your community settings, select Preferences and then Privacy, and change "Show online status to" to "Friends only" or "No one."

Otherwise, I'd just like reiterate pburn's advice to avoid replying to any member who appears to be baiting you, and to consider reporting them to the moderation team via the "Report Inappropriate Content" option as needed.
