We all see the back and forth between the 2. Neither one seems to want to take the high road and ignore each other. They are both involved in the back and forth, continuously. That's on them. BOTH of them.
I have no issues with either one, but I do see the conversations taking place. One is clearly giving misinformation towards policies, AND experience they have no knowledge of. They are simply trying to interpret policies, give advice to what they think a policy covers, without any experience with what the policy actually covers. While the other is simply correcting their misinformation by giving experienced informational advice that is derived from actual experiences with what the/a policy covers.
It's a teet for tat. One thinks they know, while the other knows.
So how exactly is an "Ebay Team Member" plan on addressing this situation? Members here who spout "Policy" like they live by it are always telling other people seeking advice from Ebay that "Hey, Ebay DOES NOT control this board", Khoros does. Ebay is not here. Well, is ebay here or not?
I am quite sure Khoros has seen what is going on. Don't tell me one of these involved HAS NOT been "Reporting" this alleged Stalking and Bullying. DO NOT try and tell us that other Members here have NOT been "Reporting" these discussions. They have been, trust me. But since Khoros does not see what these Members THINK they are seeing, Ebay is now suddenly running this board? These Members who tell other people Ebay CANNOT help them here, suddenly want Ebay to Help?
Come on, you can't make this up.
And that is why Khoros runs this Board, NOT the Members. Clear case of a bunch of Karen's not getting their way, and are trying go over who actually runs things around here, Khoros, going over Khoros's head to get things to go their way.
BOTH could easily end this supposed issue. One stop giving misinformation, the other stop correcting the misinformation the other is giving. One ends their ways, the other will end their way. Guaranteed.
