I am not getting notifications

Hi everyone!!!

I was told to report this here, 

I am not getting any notifications from posts in groups that I belong or in the community boards. I have checked my notifications and click on receiving them but still do not get them

Could someone help , please?TIA

Will you let me know which groups this is in? Also, did you get the notification for this mention?

When you pull up your mention page are the notifications there but just not lighting up the icon or not there at all?

tyler@ebay   the jewelry group and no I am not getting anything... no email notifications which I have it set up for that I just checked, no @ notification and nothing is showing up in notifications 😞

I have always been able to receive  notifications  when anyone posts there.... and also the jewelry board  and I have not seen  them for  at least 2 weeks.

I checked and I am signed up to receive notifications via email

Hi @theshoppingmom2 - have you been getting any community emails  recently? Wondering if your email account started marking them as spam maybe?

tyler@ebay  no emails  at all... and I checked my spam not there either.

tyler@ebay  we have another mentor that is not getting them either. she reported it two weeks ago when Khoros did the update

I'll get this reported with brian@ebay who's  been working with Khoros on stuff like this and we'll see if we can get to the bottom of this. 🙂

Hi @theshoppingmom2! If your email notifications are turned on and you still aren't receiving notifications then I will talk to Khoros about it. Is this still an issue you are experiencing?

it's all groups/boards, been going on for at least a month, also notifications for private board messages aren't working either - notifications for community is broken.
