Thank you very much, @mam98031 . Yes, I just read your post previously.  I think formatting is the least of the problems of Khoros and eBay executives that I imagine are compensated very well. We all pay for eBay’s services as well as deficiencies in one way or another. Although as a positive, they are pretty good at closing older posts.
