not sure who monitors these boards anymore tyler@ebay ? Got this message today after replying to a post.
Of course once you hit back you go back to the thread and your content is gone. I double checked and was logged at the time. Happened about 3 minutes before this post. Also, the error box is really a joke. Check with your system admin? eBay is the system admin. and of course the error code means nothing to use mere mortals

I've had that error once or twice over the last several years. It's no big deal. All you have to do is either refresh your screen or, as the error message instructs, "[c]lick your browser's Back button to continue." Problem solved. It's usually something that's gone awry somewhere between the user and the site and not a problem with the site itself.
Unless one is getting that error after every single post or repeatedly throughout a browsing session, not every random error message one receives while online is really worthy of new thread or tagging a blue, but, hey . . . what's done is done, right? Can't take it back, I guess.

Check the bottom right of your profile page -- there may be copies of your latest drafts, depending on the exact nature of the error.
In some cases your sign-in credentials expire before a draft copy can be saved, but in many cases you may be able to recover much of your original post.
If the entire thread has been removed by eBay you may have no place to put your post, though.

I do have a ticket open up for this issue, but I'll bump it back up. I believe Khoros still hasn't been able to replicate this issue, so if there any additional details you can think of that can help with the replication, please post here. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!

This happens to me too, maybe once or twice a day. I go back and then later try again.

I think you can fix it relogging the e bay and it's better to clear the unnecessary data that stored in cash memory,
thank, you😎

Khoros isn't able to reproduce this issue, but if you do get it again, please follow the steps in this post.
Please tag me if you're able to share screenshots and I'll share with Khoros.

sheila@ebay Here we go again just happened
Sorry didn't realize there were other steps to follow. I do find it weird that Khronos can't replicate or that their own error code does not provide a clue. That's the whole idea behind an error code.

< once you hit back you go back to the thread and your content is gone >
If removal for offensive content happens too many times – and they don't tell us how many is too many – the member eventually receives a PM telling her/him that he's been banned from the boards ... the first time is, I think, for one day;
then subsequent occurrences result in increasingly longer durations. At least that's the way it worked a few short years ago. Trust me.
