Can't sign out of Seller Community Forums

Not sure if another thread about this created. For the past 5 days, can't sign out from Community, so I just X out. Then go to my listings, then sign out from there. BUT...next morning when viewing my items, I am signed in to eBay without signing in? Any fix to this?

I don't have a solution, just wanted to say I'm having the same problem. When I look at my name in the upper left corner there is no down arrow to the right of my name, and when I hover over it it doesn't drop down and show the logout button. This only happens when I'm here in the forums.

I have never been able to sign out of community forums.  I just leave and go back where I am already signed in.

I do not even see a button in which t sign out.

Only on rare occassions does the session end, and you have to rejoin the community.

Same here.  And it's only done this for a week or so.....

And this happens whether I'm on Windows OS using Firefox,

or using Linux OS (Ubuntu) and using Chrome.

I have to click on the eBay homepage,

and Then my name shows the drop down LogOut.

I never could locate the sign out button until you said look under your screen name.

Why does ebay hide everything in the most rediculous places?

If one doesn't use the link, just go into the Boards as you usually would, site map, Community, Discussion Boards, and inside of Buying and Selling, choose Inside Ebay.  Then choose Community Platform Feedback.  Start your thread there.

It seems this has come up before.  Hope this helps.

Hi @abfabvintage, to sign out of the Community you can go up to the top of the page and click the arrow next to your profile pic. A Sign Out button will be at the bottom of the dropdown.

We had a JavaScript file issue last week that also affected the nav arrow. We're still working on this.
