Board glitch with posts having a response but showing 0

Title says it all
Noticed this yesterday when I was posting on the Knowledge board 
I responded but it showed as 0 replies next to the post
There are clearing people responding 
After awhile it looks to catch up
As I went back to check and now it shows 3 responses

It's happening on all boards as far as I can tell.
