I thought people needed a degree for this. Maybe just a cracker box prize....lol.

Repeating is bad enough but you could just stop reading when it did so.
This makes it impossible to know who is respondoing to you.

The problem IS that they hire people with degrees.
If they went after people with real world experience, no degree necessary, they would have a MUCH better system.

Date either - now they don't have to waste time locking up zombie threads anymore, once you open them, you can't tell how old they are. They can get back to fixing what dispute sendout emails saying is correct.

In ebay's defense, this isn't an ebay issue. Its Lithium. Perhaps they hire from the same talent pool LOL

Yes, but at least the front thread page gives you the dates so you can see if it is an old thread.

Yes, but ebay hired them. If they cannot keep the boards working properly maybe it is time to find someone else who can.

Possibly changed because of too many complaints of 'that person is picking on me'.
This way, nobody can say that a particular reply was addressed to someone by them - unless it is 'quoted', of course..

Thank you for posting - at least I know I'm not the only one who is the missing the time/date stamp on the individual messages when viewing the topic threads.
P.S. - I'm posting this at 6:42 PM CDT on 6/30/2017.

This has been resolved.
Thanks for your patience.
In working with Lithium today, it was determined a routine platform update caused an issue with our In Reply To and timestamp styling. We've pushed through a fix, and In Reply To and timestamps should be working now.
