Maybe no one needs what you have listed or they buy it locally.

You have pre-owned items which are mechanical and could have problems at prices which are significant.
Long shipping times and the high hassle of dealing with a problem half a world away would be a problem, as well as fear of high customs and duty and issues with US safety standard make buying from you a higher risk than many will accept.
I doubt there is a strategy on Youtube which will overcome the natural and well justified resistance to buy from you, even if you are a superb seller.

I think also that they are a seller in India. Could be a deciding factor if the buyer has to pay return shipping. It could be hundreds of dollars for heavy items.

That Ingersoll Rand Nirvana Concept T1 is priced at $4500 and you are unsure if it even works? Just about anything you're carrying can be found here for cheaper, and already tested, so there's a real liability in selling that equipment overseas. Do you have a closer market for it?
BTW, your photos are great.

To increase sales, try tweaking your titles, Item Specifics, and including at least some information about the items in your Description fields. Currently your descriptions reference only your seller terms and no data regarding the item that is listed.
In Item Specifics, pay close attention to the category selected to insure it is the most appropriate.
The more detailed the information is in the listing, the greater the chances your shoppers have of finding your items when searching for these very technical machines and accessories. Try comparing your details to those successful merchants selling the same industrial equipment.
Right now, your listings are “light” on technical specs and heavy on sales terms. It needs to be the opposite. Wish you much increased selling ahead!

Perhaps because the promotion is not enough, the advertising channel is not accurate?
