The rest of us do as well.
But we structure our prices to that the customer pays for that when they buy something.

considering our choices of sellers platforms - eBay is one of the most reasonable when it comes to the fees. Or you go sit outside in the whether at flea markets or yard sales ….
eBay doesn’t mind losing one invaluable seller. Independently were as insignificant to eBay as one customer threatening to quit Sam’s club lol.
calm down - and next time read the fine print my friend.
I agree with most of what you said except the last statement.
Ebay does NOT put the policy for fees in fine print. Fine print denotes that it is hard to find or see. That is not the truth. Ebay is very up front with what their fees are. But the seller is required to read and understand the policy. Some simply don't do that and then get upset that they have to pay fees.

Same! I will never sell on EBay ever again. They take way too much. I'm closing down my account. Greedy Fs

That's not true. I lowered my prices, and they basically took everything. You must not see how that works.

Well that simply was not a good decision on your part then. Sellers are responsible for pricing their items and knowing the costs of selling that item. It does not have to be a race to the bottom and certainly you don't have to price stuff at a loss.
