what to do sold a item over 2 weeks ago now buyer says it has a defict photo she sends is far away but since i know how ebay works i tell the they can keep it and i will refund 30.00 or just return it for full refund so haven heard from the yet or accepted the 30.00 and cant issue a return ;label until she denys it but what i see she waithing for time to be up to ask ebay for help so she can keep it and still get a refund she seem to know the game here ( normaly these plp are x-sellers or sill sell on another page and she boight this with her back up page as they always do been tru ths many time what i try todo is beat them to the punch and ask for help before
before they do which will be tomrrow ( last time it happen after i talkto ebay the issue the return labelagain and buyer never sent it back they nt to do hat other have done to them so what would you do since u can issue the return label yet

I wouldn't do anything until your buyer submits a claim.  Why on Earth would you offer to refund them and just let them keep it without a claim being submitted?  eBay can't "step in" until that happens.

claim was  submited already  that why on earth i offered a part  refund  so  i guess you had no  answer thnk u

If they don't want the partial refund, accept the return, then they can get a shipping label to send it back..

thats what i hope to do but she wont accept or refuse so system still will not let issue a label until  they  press that botton and they dont responde any more once they put in the claim

Approve the return. You 'offering' a partial refund does not close or dismiss the claim. You HAVE TO approve the return (unless it was a Not As Described)- then the buyer would have to print the label that you are paying for to return it.

If you do things by the book they will not get to keep the item AND get a refund.

Accept the return.

Pay for the return shipping label.

When you get the item back, refund.

If you don't get the item back, no refund.
