Can anyone help me with this one? If you have nothing nice to say, it's best left unsaid. Yes, I am well aware that I choose NEW or Used in the listing. I did put new and in description I put brand new.

It's listed as New(Other), not New. Google only lists "New" as "New."

That is a good question, and why does the dress shown at the far right of your screen shot show no condition field at all? However, as a Google search result, what makes you believe eBay is responsible for the mislabeling? Maybe it is a Google generated error since nowhere in your listing can one find the word “used.”

When i checked the OP’s listing, the condition was given as New Without Tags. In the eBay search results, it states New next to the thumbnail.

In the search view it's shown as New (Other). Either way it's not the same as New which is what Google looks at.

As mentioned already, it's a Google thing. The search results show New (Other) for me. Not sure why you're seeing something different.

Google shows eBay items classified as New, as New.
If eBay shows them as New Other, then Google shows them as Used.
It's happened to me, also.
It's a google thing.
