I received two negative feedbacks, each buyer never contacted me before the feedback.
I can't fix what I don't know.

I'm afraid those aren't removable - eBay will cite them as an 'opinion'. Your responses are fine - they'll assure future buyers that you, in fact, do respond to customer problems. You'd think if they were that unhappy they'd file for a return, but instead they choose to keep the item and complain.

Just comes with the territory. Ebay doesn't require you be contacted first. Look at the overall picture. Just focus on more sales, more good customers, and don't sweat it. Don't let them win by focusing all your energy on it. You can't please everyone, nor should you try to. Block them and keep selling.

On eBay, buyers are not required to contact sellers before leaving feedback, and are not required to let a seller "fix" an issue prior to leaving feedback.
As an aside, the baseball uniform listing for which you received the negative has multiple listing violations.

Unfair negatives and neutrals always seem to come in clusters. I got 2 negatives at the same time once from the same customer because his items hadn't arrived yet, after 5 days with an expected arrival date still 10 days in the future.
If you want to you can spend about $10 on interesting looking 99 cents shipped Chinese trinkets from sellers who leave feedback in order to push that feedback off the top of your list (click on the seller and see if they have left way more feedback than received in order to find those sellers who leave it automatically).

Some buyers take a supplier at his word. You have indicated that you do not accept returns.
