why can't I find where my fees are? I have been searching and searching and can't find fees, can't find if Ebay reimbursed me for canceled auctions, etc. And Why is ebay charging me an extra fee just because my buyer lives in a different country? why isn't that fee stated anywhere? I came across it accidently and can't find it again. Why is everything a secret now?

Seller hub>payments: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary Everything is there. Click "see all" to the right of recent activity to see more than just the summary view.
There is an international payment fee for buyers who pay in anything other than USD, 1.65% , I think that's what it is.
Someone else will know better than I do, the few I've ever had I don't pay attention to other than to note it in my ledger.

Why would eBay reimburse you for canceled auctions??
If you cancel before the listing ends you don't get refunded.

One of the nice changes with manage payments if all the fees are taken out of the payment to you before it is sent to you. Each item you sell has the fees listed, but there is no longer that invoice that adds all the fees up and hits you with the total at the top of the month and you have to worry about refunds going through before you pay the bill.
You can find a summary in the Sellers Hub. Look at the Payments main tab. Then look down to Reports You can pick Statements Download the full version for the month and you can see the fees there as well.
Hope that helps.

No one is hiding any information from you, see other responses which direct you to where you can see what you are looking for. If you have buyers from a different country, they are paying in a different currency. Here is a link which covers in detail all eBay selling fees. Best of luck to you....

I'm talking about the canceled auctions because the bidder didn't pay. There is no place to file non paying bidder, you can only cancel it.

okay I found that but I wanted a break down of the fees. I paid $10 in fees on a $40 item and $15 on a $100 item so I wanted to see exactly what the fees were.

When you cancel because a buyer did not pay, you can choose a reason for the cancellation.
The reason you want to choose would be "buyer didn't pay".

@the-attic-trunk When you file for cancellation of the auction due to non-paying buyer, you just tick the box that says 'buyer didn't pay' as reason for cancellation - it's right there under cancellation reasons. The buyer will automatically get a strike. Unpaid item policy.
You can set the time frame anywhere from 4 days out to 30 days, and also automate it unpaid item cancellation/report.

I forgot about currency exchange. When I looked at the fee all it said was fee for buyer living in another country. It should have just said fee for currency exchange. thanks for the reminder

It's not a fee for currency exchange (i.e., listing on another country site), but a fee for handling cross-border transactions.

thanks, I downloaded it but my computer won't open it.

I am not given that option for some reason. I thought it was odd that it wasn't listed. I only had 3 options. Cancel, can't remember what the other two were

these are the the 3 options I am given under cancel:

why can't I find where my fees are?
Because you haven't taken the time to learn how to use your Seller Hub.
Why is ebay charging me an extra fee just because my buyer lives in a different country?
Because they chose to charge an extra fee when the buyer's registered address is in another country.
why isn't that fee stated anywhere?
The international fee is explained right on the fee schedule with all the other fees.

I came across it accidently and can't find it again.
You said the fee was not stated anywhere, and then you went on to say you found a place where it was stated.
Why is everything a secret now?
The international fee is explained right on the fee schedule with all the other fees. It is not a secret.
