It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...
Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.
It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

I think I’ve tried just about everything to correct this issue. Here are the steps I have taken. 1: Called eBay every week since June 1, 2021 to let them know that I cannot update quantity or description on any of my listings and I can’t create a new listing. Whenever I do try to do this I press the button at the bottom to “update listing” or “create listing” and I am brought to a page that says “We looked everywhere” (ebay.com/n/error). eBay tells me every time “We will let our Tech dept know and the problem should be fixed within 24 to 48 hours” To date it has not been fixed.
2: Cleared browsing history 3: Tried in 4 different browsers – Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge. and tried on 4 different computers using Window 10&7, Linux, MacOS. 4: Made sure “immediate payment required” was checked. 5: Tried on 3 different networks - I’m fully registered with eBay and have been for over 6 months so all account info is up to date.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated and if eBay is reading this “Why isn’t eBay doing anything about this issue?” It seems this would be hurting eBay’s bottom line too.

I just tried to list an item and got a new message with Firefox. See pics...

firefox did an upgrade today..........might check to be sure you got it.......and the certificate thing is often pretty temporary and if not, try clearing cache....& rebooting......

I've cleaned my cache and Firefox is up to date. Still getting the same results and still unable to edit a listing or create a new listing in 4 different browsers on 4 different computers. 47 days and counting.

And I assume the solution on the first page of the thread has not worked for you ?

The "solution" on the first page is only a partial solution, as a seller should be able to list or revise a listing without requiring immediate payment. Under Managed Payments, eBay collects a $.30 transaction fee every time a payment is made, so combined orders result in lower fees for sellers. Example: 10 items bought using a combined order has a transaction fee of $.30 vs. 10 items bought from the same seller using immediate payment results in a transaction fee of $3.00, 10 times higher!

there're only 2 possibilities on this:
1, they are stupid
2, they do it on purpose.
Or, both.

Hi, I am having the same issue. Revisions will show up when I edit the listing but it doesn't change after I've saved and reviewed. I checked the pay immediate... I already have that as my default.
Solution I found:... I had to have two screens open to ebay. 1st screen, I did a sell similar of the item I wanted to revise. The previous revisions were on the sell similar listing. On the 2nd screen I ended the original listing. This way when I tried to list before the other was ended I wouldn't end up with the duplicate listing warning. I went back to the 1st screen and then listed the sell similar listing. I hope this helps others.

Hi Brittany
Please check my account. I am listing my first product. And the same error message shows up.

I've been unable to create new listings or edit existing. FOR 5 MONTHS 🤣
Limit says I'm permitted to list another $30,000 +
ALSO CAN'T SEE FEEDBACK - in red on my store.
Customer Service says there's a technical glitch they don't understand and can't say when/if they'll find it 🙄 FunkyBazarCrystals ↩️
After several 3 hour conversations with Payoneer, their glitch was fixed- since MAY [they hadn't deleted the first 2 accounts created - we incorrectly attempted to create private accounts, so my ebay account was locked as the 2 IDs didn't match]. I hope you don't mind being tagged as you recently solved a similar glitch @Anonymous

I've checked and I'm eligible to list another 30,000 but can't edit or create.
Customer service says it's a tech glitch that they don't understand and therefore have no idea how to fix it.
Payoneer is now linked - after 5 months.
I tried facebook twitter messenger email and LinkedIn 😥😓

I'm unable to submit a new listing or revise one. I've tried chrome and firefox. Is everyone having this trouble right now? This has happened today. I'm getting the "we've looked everywhere" page. I had trouble logging in the other day on chrome and I also had an error when trying to post here just now:

Been having this issue since September 21.
Their customer service is excellent at passing the buck. They do not listen to what you say. They are beyond dreadful. Treat your customer as you would wish to be treated yourself does not apply. The woman I spoke to today made me want to stab her in the head repeatedly for her condescending and rude attitude.
I have discovered a way around their "issue" - revise more than one listing at a time - even if you don't need to - if it's in a grid you're fine. Single listing - you're stuffed.
The only way I have found to list an item is to create one - save it as a draft. Create another listing - save that as a draft. Then submit both drafts at once and delete the one you don't want.
It's absolute garbage that I have to resort to this.
No one at eBay wants to know about this problem and I can't find a way of sending a detailed report of my problem via email.
Seriously considering dumping this company based on that bunch of useless idiots they call customer service.
Everyone has problems, not got a problem with that - I do have a problem with being passed around and getting nowhere.

i have the same issue, i've contacted ebay 4 days ago without any solution still can't list , I tried your solution but it's not working for me 😞

Have you signed up for managed payments - you are in Morocco, I am not sure the process there, but you can not list if eBay have not accepted your documents and receipt of seller payment details.
