It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...
Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.
It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

@gorgeous4u & @hga_performance - The tech team reviewed the screenshots and said it doesn't look like what should be displayed after you click 'Submit' on the listing. Are you clicking Submit and then follow these steps?
Also they clarified, to get the URLS we are looking for you'll need to click on the item under 'Name' and make sure 'Header' is selected in the next pop up and this will have the URL and the rLog we're looking for.

If you follow the instructions you wrote originally to obtain the rlogid it does not take you to that screen you're displaying. I also mentioned I am using a Mac and Safari and none of that stuff comes up if you follow your instructions. I did manage to find the rlogid and it is

@hga_performance - I'm sorry about that! I didn't realize they were instructions that are for only Windows. I've sent what you gave me and asked them if there's info on Mac.

@gorgeous4u I'm with you, it's very frustrating that this has not been resolved yet. I've escalated this a second time with the tech team and have been doing all I can behind the scenes to push this towards a resolution. As soon as I have news I will update you here.

Thanks, but that's not the issue on this post. It's no problem for us to create or create similar. Just not able to revise the listing.
We also did try to sign in and out, it's not helping to resolve the issue.
