What was it?
Some members were reporting that they were unable to list new items or list from templates, receiving an error that states, "signin.ebay.com refused to connect".

The root cause was identified and a fix was rolled out Monday, June 28, that will prevent this issue from occurring.
What do you need to do?
If you are still experiencing this please sign-out and sign back in, which should resolve the issue. If it persists after that please contact Customer Support so they can file a new incident report.
