Nope are you listing in on a PC? If so clear history, cache offsite webdata etc

I see that at the bottom of the page in a draft in the 'sell it faster' section - but can still update. Did you try to submitt?

I revised a listing and the message was there at the bottom but it did revise. I think it's links for promoting the listing and encouraging buyers to buy more and save a percentage. You can see what's missing here-

Yes I just tried to list some items on seller hub with my pc. Got the same message and could not connect. Must be another ebay glitch.
