I added my earnings after fees and subtracted what I paid in shipping and the number I get is higher than the number it says I have in total funds. I have yet to take a payout as well. Are there more fees that aren't listed or something?

Are you talking about your 1099K numbers? If so, the 1099K represents what a seller was paid by Settlement date. Or Payout date if you prefer. Meaning that the number on the Form are the transaction that Ebay actually issued the Payout to you in the calendar year of 2023. So that likely means that some sales made in late December will not be represented in the 1099k and a few transaction from 2022 will be. So look at your Payout details.

Taxes. Ebay Totals. Every thing else.

Keep in mind that the fees are based on the total the buyer paid, including taxes. But you don’t receive those taxes so make sure that you are not including them in your earnings.

Lets try this from another direction. What are you comparing your number to? There are not more fess than are listed in your MP account that Ebay has taken. Remember that the sales tax paid by the buyer does not come to you. Ebay pulls it and pays it to the appropriate state.
Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

Can't help if we don't know what you are comparing to/from......... as a wild guess.......I would ask if your "earnings" include sales tax? If so, that could be the reason, because the tax isn't included in the figures on the payment page..........

All of the calculations are available for you to review on the transactions page
it has all the breakdowns, etc.....
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions
and further (easier) breakdown here

Looks like your total sales were around 280
about 21.00 in sales tax (pass through)
258.00 NET
less (actual shipping) (i don't know that number but you received 44.00 in your sales total for shipping)
so let's say it's 44.00
that leaves 214.00 actual
less appx final value fees (without promoted listing or any other add-ons)
37.00
around 177 bucks or so?
(this is all just conjecture while I am watching TV) LOL

Basically ebay charges you a fee for the tax the buyer pays instead of picking up the tab themselves.
