I have a very confusing buyer. He is past due and has obtained my telephone number and is burning it up with crazy type language and threats. I have 13 hours before able to close the case but this is unruly and frightening to my family. I sent 1 final invoice yesterday and still no comment from this buyer. I was doing my shipping this evening and realized the buyer of a separate item {same night the non payer bought a total of 3 for the shipping discount} was the same guy! Slipped in and bought 1 separately instead of adding to his original purchase. I had already opened NPB cases on the other 3 not realizing that this one was this same fellow. So I cancelled this item because it was a consignment and is now out of stock. His reply was "Hi you have the coin you cancelled because you’re mad that I didn’t pay for all the items won. Please send the coin out, or I’ll leave a bad review on your EBay page." Do i wait this out until noon tomorrow with the calls etc. or is there action I can take immediately?

Call ebay and report his activities and behavior. Really it may be safer to cancel all sales and add the buyer to you blocked list as any thing you send they will probably try some kind of claim for refund then return a empty box.

thanks I'll wait until 11:19PST AM and close cases against this guy. I supposed he'll be able to trash me on feedback but FB isn't all its made up to be anyway. I'll trash him back while submitting it on a pos. feedback template just to warn other sellers. I have already blocked him from buying....thx
DO NOT trash him in a positive feedback. He can get it removed and ebay may sanction you. It’s not allowed.
Usually its its best just to move on. Keep him blocked and watch for new ids with the same address.

I'll trash him back while submitting it on a pos. feedback template just to warn other sellers. Against eBay policy

Besides blocking him on eBay, also block him on your phone.
I would go to my local police station and get advice from them and see if you can fill out a police report.
Also, do NOT communicate with him in any way. This type of person will only take anything you say and twist it.
The best for you and the worse for him is to totally ignore.

Do not use feedback to fight with him. From what you said he may have tried to make separate purchases in order to get you to slip up and ship the unpaid item with the item or items he paid for. He is the one who has been threatening not you. For this bad feedback possibly could be removed but if you get into a shoving match with him he will gain grounds to stand on.

Make a police report and inform this subhuman that the police are aware of his threats.
Do this - don't waffle. Take a stand.

The police will look at you funny if you claim some bully on the internet is being mean to you. They do not care. Speeders to be busted, donuts to chase. Close out your dealings with this dude and move on. Block him on your phone. In a week you won't remember him.

You’re complaining about the buyer not following the rules yet planning to the break the rules yourself by leaving a nasty comment on your buyer’s feedback?
Use the tools eBay provides and leave no feedback for the buyer.

Use the block button on your phone.
