I have been using e-Bay for a long time. All the verifications are approved by e-Bay. I have activated selling successfully and linked to pioneer to my e-Bay account. And also I got the permission for listing before selling and also I have listed my first item. But my account was restricted or suspended. I was unable to find out why is that. Therefore , help me to solve this doubt. Thank you.

Sorry to hear this. Can you share what the message that eBay sent you said?

Have you registered as a business with your government ? You need to do that before you can register and link Payoneer.
Your government seems to be cracking down on this since so many seller's in your country were previously using illegal Paypal accounts to receive foreign funds.
Hope you sort this out soon.

You have to give us a little more info. Maybe you could share the message?? The only thing I can think of as to why you and a lot of other sellers from Sri Lanka are being suspended is because you may have been selling items that are prohibited on ebay. Many SL sellers are being suspended because they have plants and seeds for sale and that is not only an ebay violation, it violates customs as well. Many countries are suspending shipments from SL because of this practice. The other reason is you did not register your ebay account as a business in SL. In any event, I hope you can resolve this issue with them. Good luck.

they said that they placed a temporary restriction on my selling account because they noticed activity that they believe is a risk to their community. To restore my access, I’ll need to contact them as soon as possible so that they can verify my information.
The restriction will remain on my account until they verify my information. Until then, I can’t create new listings. Any active listings were removed and placed in my unsold folder in My eBay.
Once they verify my account information, I can start selling again right away. I’ll also be able to relist items from my unsold folder by selecting Relist to the right of the listing"

What did the email state? Were you selling prohibited items or drop shipping from China? I'm seeing a lot of Sri Lankan sellers that have plants and seeds listed those are prohibited on ebay and by customs. Did you register your account with your country as a business? You may want to check into that as well. Sorry this was your experience.
