First, those are not the only two criteria for Above Standard.

Second, even when you meet all the criteria, you do not become Top Rated immediately.

Your seller dashboard will show you when you are evaluated, how you were last evaluated, and why.

People have left you some good links to read. Please read them. Also, you need to offer customers a 30 day return on items and offer same day or next day shipping.  It's all about the customer. Also, take care of any customer issues immediately by messaging the customer.

Top rated sellers are not required to have same day or one day shipping.  But that is a requirement for a listing to qualify for trs plus.

When did you hit the 100 sales mark? If it just happened then you need to wait- evaluations are on the 20th of each month. You can see your projected seller status at your next evaluation by viewing your dashboard.

It looks like you are drop shipping from China....are you using tracking? If not, it won't be possible to be a trs.
