I requested a download report of my returns for service metrics. The screen flashes, to the effect, "downloading, it'll take a minute.".
(Mind you I have tried many times since service metrics were introduced to download the report in Internet Explorer and nothing happens. At least using Edge this time, I got this message.)
But still nothing happens. If the report is done (I only have 2 records), where did it go? Not in my download folder, not on screen....
PS Service metrics no longer matches the return center data, so while its a good suggested alternative, it doesn't help.
