You have 13 unread messages in your ebay in box. For sending invoice open the actual item up and try sending the invoice from there. There should be am option to do that. Let us know if that works. I think UPI cases need to wait a certain number of days before opening them.

send invoice or open unpaid item case

When a seller has not been paid within 48 hours of the end of the listing or auction, he has 32 days to go to the Resolution Center and open an unpaid item case.

There is no reason to send another invoice.

You could benefit from more reading in the Seller Information Center.

I may be misinterpreting your question......but if you click on the down arrow just to the right of "printing shipping label" in that first column, you will see alot of choices among which, I think, will be send an invoice/file an UPI.....

click on what you want to do and you will be shown how to do that choice.

Those sales were made on 10/10........so you should be able to file a UPI.......

If you are asking which you should do, I would file the UPI........

You can open an Unpaid Item Dispute 48 hours and one minute after the listing ends.

You then close it 96 hours and one minute after you open it.

You get your fees back, the "buyer" gets a strike and nobody gets to leave feedback.

Sellers who have their Buyer Requirements set correctly can automatically block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes.

If you do not want any communication from blocked buyers, there is the option on the Buyer Requirements page "Do not allow blocked buyers to contact me"

You can also add buyers to your Blocked Bidder list manually:
