My sales over the past year have dropped 70 %, views have been less than 3-5 over 30 days?? why.what can i do? prices have been dropped to sell?

-You appear to have only 21 items for sale

-Unless I am wrong you are selling built model cars (which look nice by the way) and some currency ... 2 categories

-You need to increase the number of items you have for sale

-You need to diversify and sell in more categories

You need to list more items.   Nice cars.  If you had 3 or 4 hundred cars to list you would do great.   Instead of selling cars already built why not sell models that need to be built.

eBay wants you to promote your listings at 12% + so that you pay 25% in fees. That is all.

Just about everyone, and yes there are some exceptions, have seen sales drop this past year.  Ebay admits to having a gross drop in listings, as well as a drop in both buyers and sellers using the platform.  Instead of lowering the price perhaps add a small 2-3% promoted listing as usually that amount is less than any significant price reduction.  Also, end listings and then use "sell similar" to catch those folks, who Ebay is blind to, who like to look at new listings in their category of interest.

If i were you, i would hone my listings for SEO (Search Engine Optimization). You have great items that just need to get more eyes on them. SEO can help get your listings picked up by Google, Bing, etc, as well as encourage premium placement on eBay when Cassini (eBay’s search engine) indexes your listings.

An important factor in SEO  is keywords, and most of your titles have unused space to add more. Sadly i am not familiar with cars, but even so, i can see that info is missing in your titles, description and Item Specifics. 

For example, your listing entitled “1960 FORD BUILT UP BEAUTY” has room to include info like the make/model of the car, the color, the brand of the kit it was made from, the size, any important features, and the fact this is a model car. You can drop “Built Up Beauty” as those are words unlikely to be terms a buyer will use when searching. So just as a quick example, your title could be something along the lines of this:

“2-Tone Red Ford 1960 Thunderbird Hardtop 1/25 Revell Model”

(had to guess on the car model depicted, as i am uninformed on the subject of car styles, but you catch my drift.)

Unfortunately i have to run, but Google SEO, as well as take note of the titles of your competition and other sellers for more ideas of how to structure your titles. Good luck and hope things improve for you.

I've checked your items, and i have some suggestions to improve your listings:

1- i saw your listings photos have distracted backgrounds, you need to take photos for the items have plain backgrounds (white background will be better), also when you taking photos, make sure you set your camera/phone in crosswise position (not vertical position).

2- Try to add more keywords in listings titles, by the way ebay allows to add up to 80 characters in each listing, Do some research for keywords that related to your items, especially keywords that buyers usually using them to find your items, Also avoid words in all caps or characters like points..etc.

3- Also try to complete the items specifics like (color, brand, model...etc), Specifics will help buyers to find your items.

4- I noticed that you didn't promote your items, i advice you to invest in your listings by promotions, use (Promoted Listings Standard), promotions will boost your items visibility which will increase the likelihood of a sale.
