Have you registered with Payoneer so that you can sell?  Did you create a Seller account and meet the compliance for those domiciled in Sri Lanka?

Maybe a little more info and we can work to discern how best to guide you?

PayPal if you are a buyer otherwise you are giving bad advice for what is authorized as what a seller can sign up with for sales

More detailed information required.  Are you the buyer or seller?

If you're a seller make sure that you are registered with your government and make sure that you are able to receive funds.

If a buyer, check with your bank if you can't pay with your debit card.

Frankly, it would be good for you members from Sri Lanka to study eBay's tutorials and research past posts on a subject before posting to the boards.

First  you have to register with payoneer . Then add your payoneer account to eBay account.😋

I created payoneer account and submitted required document and globle  payment service questions but the documents are at under review yet.how can i fix that

If they are being reviewed, you will just need to be patient.

Btw - is there a reason you did not share this info in your original post? 

Impossible to assist if you cannot discern the issue(s) or have to guess.

We are not e-Bay.  If it is being reviewed, it means just that.  They will advise you if anything further is needed.
