hello, i had listed my first item on ebay for sell worth 2300 au dollar and i ended it up early because i had to post another item. But after deleting my first item , I am unable to list another item for sale because my selling limit has finished. I had posted only one item for sale (which was my first ever ebay selling item) so why i have been restricted to post another one?
I also want to know that in how much time again I would be able to post another item? plz help

Because you, like everyone when they begin selling on ebay, has a cap.....actually several caps......the one you are probably referring to is a $$ cap...... You sold an item (congrats), but are stopped from listing anything else until the next calendar month. Once you have some record of successful sales.......i.e. you mailed on time, buyer is not complaining etc, they will begin raising the cap......and/or you can request raising the limits..... But it does take some time to build up.

Hello there. Everyone when they start out has limits on the amount they can list and the number of items. I'm guessing you didn't sell your first item and pulled it to list another item.
When you listed the first item, it was probably close to the maximum $ amount you were allowed to list. If you go to your "All Selling" and select "Selling" there it should tell you how much you have to work with for the month. Once you have reached that total you have to wait until the end of the month until it resets, or you can try calling Customer Service to see if they can help you.

Information on selling limts can be found here:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/sellinglimits.html
Your limits should be displayed on your dashboard.
Finally, the limits reset at the beginning of every month, so on November 1 you should be good to go.

I think because it wasn't selling he ended it and tried to list another item. Haven't heard a response yet.
