selling getting hosed on returns

eBay refunded money for an item i sold and he didn't have to return the item i got screwed eBay is a joke avoid im closing my account as soon as i can eBay

You left out the details, so there really isn't anything we can comment on and provide help with. I have heard that if you contact Ebay for business on facebook the reps are pretty good at handling issues.

That's what happens when you allow ebay to do your job, they figure you don't want it back.

If you read the feedback left by the buyer it says that he filed a chargeback on his credit card.  How is eBay to blame?  Chargebacks happen on every single platform and would be the credit card company that you would want to file suit against.  Typically they do require him to send the item back though but they don't have a way to force it.
