Giving partial refunds

Hello I need to give a partial refund to a buyer  who overpaid for shipping. Since eBay took over payments from Pay Pal, I can not find where to issue partial refunds or total refunds for that matter. Has any one else had this experience? I have gone through the website for over an hour now and I can't find it. Thanks  Becky

From your seller hub, go to "orders".

From "orders" scroll down to the transaction in question.

From the drop down menu, click on "send refund".
