Is it possible to reverse a refund? The package was finally delivered to seller from USPS after I refunded the buyer.

@3bois4me No. eBay will tell you to "ask the buyer to repay". If you have their email address, you can send a PayPal invoice for the amount due.

EBAY does NOT have a way for you to get paid AFTER refund was made. Only thing you can do is contact the customer (hopefully they are honest) and ask to make payment another way.
