What you just described (sales in which you were out of stock) is a serious defect whether the customer agrees to let you cancel the order or not. If you get any more, you could lose your ability to sell on eBay.

Ok........so you haven't completed  sales because you were out of stock............  As others have said, ebay looks very hard at that........as you are disappointing the customer who has shopped and made a decision based on your listing that the item is available. 

Customer OK's don't matter.........because, since you don't have the item, they have no choice except to say to cancel the sale to get a refund..

I presume you are drop shipping.......either your supplier is not keeping you notified of what isn't in stock or you don't know to ask or to stop a listing if the item isn't available.  In an case........if you continue to sell things that you can't deliver, you will be kicked off ebay........not just restricted.........

Copy /paste means exactly that.

Don't tell us what you think eBay said. Give us the exact words.

They have said i had to many cancelations with out the customer ok.

If you cancel a transaction because you are out of stock, you get a Defect.

If you cancel a transaction as "Buyer Request", you do not get a Defect.

If English is your second language, post in your mother tongue. There is almost always someone who can respond in a language you understand better.

A quick search of your listings shows that you are mostly a dropshipper.  This is frowned on in the eBay world.

You should have your own stock on hand so that you don't have to cancel when Walmart is out of stock and doesn't want to ship items to your customers.

Frequent cancelling for out of stock is disappointing to the buyers and drives them away from the site.
