I am sorry i thought i would get some helpful information here but i guess i was wrong

They have said i had to many cancelations with out the customer ok. I am not sure what they are talking about but i always asked the customer if they wanted a similar item or wait tell i could get the item and only canceled if they said to

Yes and i have had people order items that were listed out of stock 

If i did bad things i did not know it and what i want to know is what i can do
