I guess someone is selling them courses to learn how to sell on Ebay and how to get around the Pay Pal restriction and how to buy older Ebay accounts.

The only one that's going to make any money, is the ones selling them those courses.

There's also videos on YouTube telling them how to do it

I have not purchased an account from anyone. I registered on ebay in 2015. I maintained it to buy items. But in 2016 I had a motorcycle accident. After that I was stuck for about 3 years. I've been buying again recently. I'm sadnly for others comments. 😓

@century traders.......... the information we have is that people from Sri Lanka can buy on ebay with a paypal account........but that account can't accept payments............is that correct or incorrect?
