"Top Rated Seller Badge" not showing?

Hello, I got an email from ebay that I was added to the Top Rated Seller program and could get a little badge icon next to my listings if I offer Returns and 1-day shipping.

None of my listings qualify it says...what the heck...what did I do wrong?

'Free 30 day returns'....first 2 don't show it...I see 'no returns' and 'buyer pays for returns'.

oh, so I need to change the drop-down option from "Buyer Pays" to I pay?

In order to have the TRS plus badge in all of your listings you must offer free 30 day returns (seller pays) and 1 or same day handling. 
Out of your 72 listings only one listing has the TRS plus badge.

ohhh okay, I had it as 30 day return "buyer pays"
