Customer support not calling me back

I need help with a buyer issue and put in request for Customer Support to call be back. The request said it would be 12 minutes, well it has been 2 hours and no reply. I put in a second request and nothing. Anyone else have this problem.

Based on reports I have read on this board over the years, eBay customer support is notorious for not calling back after they promise to.

There are many experienced and knowledgeable people on this board who can probably help you and/or offer advice for your problems if you would care to post them here.  Many times, the advice you receive on this board will be better than the advice you receive from customer service because many of us here have experienced similar problems.   eBay's customer service agents are not knowledgeable in all areas and are notorious for often giving wrong advice.
